Vehicles may be returned at any time. Return vehicle to National Car Rentals car returns park. Leave keys with National Car Rentals representative. Note the row number, and phone County Head Office on the toll free number provided to advise of return location and time. If County is not immediately advised of return and location then renter will be responsible for parking fees and recovery costs.
Returning a County Car Rentals Vehicle
Vehicles may only be returned at the date and time listed on the rental contract to the designated location. Changes must be agreed in advance with County Car Rentals. Returning to any other locations without agreement will incur substantial charges.
If returning outside office hours, vehicle will be checked in at next opening time. County Car Rentals return locations are under close circuit TV security. Do not refill with fuel before returning as there in no fuel refund.
Checking Returned Vehicles
Returned vehicles will not be finally checked until the bodywork and interior are clean. It is recommended that prior to return, vehicles are cleaned free of road film and the interior cleaned, otherwise it is County Car Rentals' policy to wash and clean the returned vehicle at a later time, before finally checking the vehicle.
Early Return of Rental Vehicle
Should renter wish to return the rental vehicle earlier than booked, County Car Rentals should be contacted in advance. Please note that once a rental has commenced, no refund is made on any unused rental days.
